Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4
tablespoons ( 1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 medium
potatoes (each about 6 ounces) cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 small
onion, thinly sliced (we also used some leftover pearl onions)
Salt and
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Set up BGE
for direct grilling and preheat to 325.
Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
Arrange potatoes and onion in an aluminum pan. Spoon the mixture and butter over the potatoes and onion.
When ready to cook, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place the pan on the BGE. Grill for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and cook until done, about 15 more miuntes.
