Ingredients:
10 boneless pork chops, 1 1/4-1 1/2” thick, approximately 6-8 ounces each
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime juice)
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all the marinade ingredients.
Marinate 10-12 pork chops for several hours or overnight, turning once.
Bring the BGE up to 400°
Place the chops on BGE and cook 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 10 minutes.
Close top and bottom vents for a 5 minute dwell.
Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
